Daily Update

07-02-09  Ken to Mahou to Gakuen Mono 2
The USA version of Ken to Mahou to Gakuen Mono was released recently in North America under the title of Class of Heroes and it's been one of our better domestic sellers over the past few weeks. While stateside players are getting into the first game, the Japanese have been exploring the sequel for about a week now. Classes are back in session at another Academy where aspiring adventurers form a team at the school office and lurk out into the world to battle monsters and earn experience. The first area outside the school features a maze-like map where winding paths provide places for monsters to wait for prey. Encounters are randomly generated and the battles are turn-based. Up to six characters may be created at the outset of the game and given sex, class, attributes, and names. Gakuen Mono 2 plays like old-school dungeon exploration games where the world is viewed head-on and the party moves in stutter-step motion. When an encounter starts up, the monsters first appear in shadow but after a few blows and counterattacks, their full color forms are revealed.

07-01-09  Project Diva, Boku no Natsuyasumi 4, Kubrick Boba Fett, etc
A partial shipment of PSP Project Diva arrived today and the first half of our reservations will ship today. The remainder is expected tomorrow. The first production of the game includes a bonus Nendoroid Puchi Hatsune Miku toy in 1:1 ratio. The Nendoroid measures approximately 2" tall. Please note that the publisher did not bundle the toy figure and the game together so you will receive two items in your order - the PSP game and the bonus which is packaged separately in its own box. Please note the first printing of the game with the Miku Hatsune Puchi Nendoroid is currently all sold out through Japan distributors. Vendors have been offering the game by itself but the Nendoroid is gone. We'll update our product listing by Monday or Tuesday morning if we're able to locate any additional stock.
Also in stock and shipping today: PSP Boku no Natsuyasumi 4, PSP Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Accessory Set, TOYS Star Wars Kubrick Boba Fett Collection, and TOYS figma Drossel von Flügel figure.

06-26-09  Really? Really! DS
The worlds of Really? Really! are inhabited by gods, humans, and devils who enjoy a peaceful coexistence. One such human is an orange-haired girl named Kaede Fuyou who has a tragic past. Kaede originally appeared in the Shuffle! game from publisher Navel and her story continues in Really? Really! where her past is explored along with her complicated relationship with a boy named Rin Tsuchimi. The promotional material for the NDS conversion of Really? Really! mentions that the game spans two gigs with backup ram of 512K. Much of the memory is taken up by the full voice acting in the game.
