Features:
* Play as Neo for the first time
* Story, path, results and responses written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers, creators of The Matrix trilogy
* Set in the Matrix film universe with all the major characters
* You are the one.

NCS Game Notes
* The familiar green lines of code pour downwards in the beginning of the game before the THX logo rolls into view. Even the Atari logo and the WB logos are green tinted. For the Shiny logo, Neo and a bunch of Mr Smiths are running around to create the letters of the SHINY logo.

* The game starts off at the very beginning of the trilogy where Neo is sleeping in front of his PC and a message comes through on the screen, "Wake up Neo." After some green code theatrics and eye candy, Morpheus offers Neo the red or blue pill. If Neo chooses the blue pill, he'll wake up and the game ends. If he chooses red, the adventure begins.

* Neo's adventure begins in a lobby where uniformed guards rush out one by one to confront him. Attacks are triggered by tapping the "TRIANGLE" button and Neo will perform a series of different attacks on a target. Once he picks up firearms from downed guard, R2 locks onto a target and R1 blasts away. The columns in the lobby may be destroyed by punching them. The waves of guards become progressively tougher.

* Video captures from the movie are blended into the game. Before the cubicle hiding and dodging Smiths sequence, movie clips are shown to lead the story along in case someone playing the game never saw the movie. Once Neo reaches the outer office, a video clip from the movie is shown with Neo holding onto the scaffolding. As Neo makes his way up to the roof, he'll crash through a wooden platform, accidentally scare a cop to his death, get a lift, and push a couple of cops down.

* Once Neo reaches the roof, he has to make his down back downstairs through stairwells while avoiding cops and Mr. Smith.

* If Neo accepts capture, he'll go into the interrogation room where scenes from the movie are played which move the story along further. This particular group of cuts is fairly long and leads into a combat simulation where Neo's is decked out in a red bandana and wristlets. He'll have to run through a fog-filled dungeon and tackle white-clothed kung-fu guards. Neo will eventually be taught a 3-strike combo (Press TRIANGLE thrice) and a Jump-Strike (X then TRIANGLE). Neo will also learn to use Focus Attacks.

* Neo's next challenge is a sword fight where he also learns how to dodge a blow and also focus-dodge an attack. Trinity later joins the battle and the two slash at a master swordsman. Immediately following tihs challenge, Neo will follow a ghost who leads him into a battle against two groups of swordsmen before facing the ghost. If the ghost is defeated, he'll give Neo a scroll which teaches him the art of one-hit death blows (L1 + O).

* MPON is a well done movie license. The controls are responsive and Neo's attacks have enough variety to hold a jaded player's interwst.
