Give credit to illustrator Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and mechanical designer Ikuto Yamashita for creating the likes of Rei Ayanami, Asuka Langley, EVA-01, and Shamshel, the Fourth Angel. The new Evangelion Anima Visual Book from Dengeki's focuses on the mechs of Evangelion but there's 8 pages dedicated to the characters as well.
