Donkey Kong Country enjoys a remake on the Gameboy Advance with a couple of mini-games thrown in for good measure - a DDR-like dancing game dubbed "Candy's Dance Studio" and a fishing exercise called "Funky's Fishing." When the Kremlings invade Donkey Kong's banana cave and rob him blind, DK rushes off to retrieve his stash and also rescue Diddy Kong at the same time. Once the game begins, Donkey Kong moves from left to right in a jungle infested with menacing Kremlings who kill with lethal touch. A few of them are also resigned to throwing nuts and other ordnance in an attempt to derail Kong's progress. Barrels in the path of your travels may be hefted and thrown as weapons or cracked open to free Diddy Kong who'll help in your adventure. Occasionally, a rhino named Rambi or Expresso the Ostrich may be ridden and charged to clear the way towards the finish line. New to the GBA version of Donkey Kong is a save-anywhere function for convenient and quick saves for on-the-go gamers.
