«©NCSX» Take control of a soccer team and lead the crew to victory with deft management and expert ball handling on the battlefield. By mastering the proper formations and exerting full control over the actual game play, players get to oversee all facets of the game. When little soccer player rascals descend upon the soccer field for some rough 'n tumble action, the animation of the action is surprisingly fluid and fast. Sure, the graphics are plain but we expected stodgy movements and stuttered animation when the field completely crowded up with kickers. A number of customization options are available for tweaking team positions and honing the team to razor sharp execution. When a goal is scored, the players line up to do a little dance and the crowd roars with approval. Kicks may also be bent like Beckham for exciting goals. Two players may hook up by communication cable to challenge their custom-built teams against each other to determine primacy. View the back cover and screenshots on the main NCSX website.
