For today's SOTD, we're looking to move a few cases of Bandai's VF-19 Custom Fire Valkyrie since the VF-1A Max from last week sold out like gangbustas...

All of the VF-19 Fire Valkyries are new but the cardboard packaging has suffered the effects of warehouse storage from the past few years. Although they're still shiny and clean, many of the boxes are slightly dented in different spots as the three photos show. The sample that we've photographed is very indicative of the type of denting that we found on many of the boxes.

Originally released in June 1995, Bandai reissues the Fire Valkyrie in a special renewal release which replaces the gold booster trim with paint. In the original release, these were mere sticker strips. It's a common occurrence, these re-releases, and even the sanctified EVA Perfect Grade goes on the production line again later this month. The Stealth Valkyrie changes from fighter to gerwalk to battroid as shown by the packaging photos here.
