The “Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec III” is a version with all the online updates released up until October 3, 2008, to Gran Turismo 5 Prologue that was first sold on December 13, 2007.
From the start of its sales, 37 cars and 1 track has been added to the game, for a total of 74 cars and 6 tracks. Game modes such as online racing, rankings, drift trials, and 2 player battles, and other features such as the quick-tune, performance point system, and compatibility with the newest steering controllers have been added as well.
The suggested retail price will be 4,980 yen (tax incl.) for the Blu-ray Disc version, and 4,500 yen (tax incl.) for the download version.
