June 16, 2008 - Second Printing on the Way
Konami has already announced a second printing of the Japanese MGS4 Special Edition which will feature a cardboard case to hold the bonus DVD. The first printing includes the metal case as shown in last week's photo gallery. This bit of news caused some gougers vendors in Japan and Hong Kong to raise their prices by a few dollars on their product offer sheets last night. NCS is currently supplying only the first printing of the game with the metal DVD case.
June 13, 2008 - NCS Photos Updated
A few photos of the MGS4 Special Edition have been thrown up on the main server for your enjoyment. If we can kidnap meet Kojima the next time we're in Japan, we'll force ask him to sign the copy of the game used in the photos on www.ncsx.com. Another shipment of MGS4 Special Edition arrived today and new orders are welcome. For international customers who inquired about the USA MGS4 Limited Edition, we expect to fill those orders on Monday or Tuesday.
