The pennant race for 2003 is over on both sides of the Pacific but Konami wraps things up with a conclusive edition of Powerful Pro Baseball 10 as the year closes out. An All Stars team and 120 players from fantasy teams as well as professional teams are featured in the game. A scenario mode allows one to build a team from the ground up and take part in the managerial aspect, the actual gameplay as well as trades and uppper management decisions. Konami's liner notes on the game mention a 15% increase in animation quality as well as improved AI for the computer-controlled players.
