We'll resume Scrap Heap Scramble next week but for today, we turn our attention to the 18 boxes of Macross VF-1A Max that we still have crowding our warehouse. That's 108 pieces of a toy that we'll never sell under normal circumstances. All boxes are sealed and contents are fresh. We pondered the price, which was originally US$68... $49? No, that's not an earth shaker. How about $39? That's better but spill some more blood. $35? Feeling warm but it's not hot enough...we need a barn burner. Then it dawned upon us like a shaft of light from the heavens above. $29. We'll lose a few thousand dollars but at least we won't have to look at them anymore... The Macross Macross VF-1A is at 1/60 scale and transforms from jetfighter to gerwalk to battroid. A pair of detachable legs allows for easier transformation between modes and a few accessories are included in the packaging as follows: Gunpod, 4 missiles and 4 missile pods.
