«©NCSX» Adol Christian walks the virtual wilds once again in a remake of the original Ys from 1987. The game opens up in the Town of Minea where Adol has just arrived. After exploring the shops and speaking to the townfolk, Adol will eventually run into a fortune teller named Sara at the outskirts of town. She charges Adol with the recovery of a book of Ys that is located somewhere in the mountains. Sara also hands Adol a homing crystal which will guide him to the book. The Ys remake features stylus-based control, chain combo attacks, new maps, and new enemy characters. For party gamers, a wireless communication function allows up to four players to link up and engage each other in a battle mode.
