Update: November 13, 2008 «©NCSX» Back in 2006, Cooking Mama gave gamers a way to cook food by tapping and swishing on the touch screen of the Nintendo DS. Cooking Mama 2 which was released in 2007 was more of the same but as of this week, Cooking Mama 3 hasn't been announced. In other words, there's won't be any virtual portable cooking love in 2008. That is, until MTO got into the game. Since Cooking Mama for the NDS is a no-show this year, it's up to Rhythm de Cooking to fill the void. Instead of preparing meals however, MTO's game is all about making 90 types of sweets, pastries, and confections along with various toppings and special ingredients. A total of 30 music selections from the genres of J-Pop, animation, and classical accompany the rhythm-based action.
