«©NCSX» Knights and witches are in focus once again in the sequel to Luminous Arc. Similar to the first game, players guide a group of adventurers and battle other squads on isometric tactical arenas. A total of 38 episodic scenarios are featured in the adventure but 50 side missions are available for exploratory adjuncts. When a battle begins, players choose the heroes to use in the encounter and then move, attack, use items, throw magic, and perform other maneuvers to defeat the opposition. To add to the atmosphere of the action, voice actors provide sayings and grunts that sound off in battle. Players take control of an aspiring knight named Roland who gets caught up in a war ignited by witches. Joining Roland's party is a witch named Alty, his brother Lasche, and other supporters. A war is brewing in the kingdom of Kalnava. Players take control of an aspiring knight named Roland who gets caught up in a war dubbed the "Witch Conflict" which has been ignited by a witch named Fatima. Joining Roland's party is a witch named Alty, his brother Lasche, and other supporters. The game touts 30 scenarios and gamers can look forward to 30-50 hours of engrossing gameplay. Bonus Schwag
The publisher Marvelous will give away two bonus items with the game in 30% ratio as follows: A 32-page Luminous Works 2nd Art Booklet and a Luminous Symphony Album which contains music composed by Yasunori Mitsuda. Please note the album is attached to the back cover of the art booklet. The Art Booklet contains character illustrations, full page artwork by Shibano Kaito, and a 1-page manga.
