Update: December 20, 2007 «©NCSX» The female hipsters of "Pinky Street: Kira Kira Music Hour" which was released last year return for another round of dancing and rhythm action. The gist is this: the stylus is used to poke at three sections of the touch screen as they light up. For example, if the top section is lit, tap it as quickly as possible to register a groovy rank of 「RAINBOW」 but if the middle section glows and you're a micro-second too slow, you might get a 「 KIRA2 」or a 「GOOD!」ranking. It's all about quick and nimble tapping as the three sections light up in various patterns. New directional cues, new characters, updated scenarios, and a revamped music list all conspire to make Kira Kira Music Night a fresh and riveting gaming experience. NCS Game Notes » The heroine of Pinky Street Music Night is a brunette named Ibiru who wears a bippy shirt with "Super Looky" printed on the front. At the outset of the game, you'll enter a new name if you wish, select your blood type, horoscope, and right or left handedness. The first challenge is a simple training mission which will grant you 8,000 PICOs if you get a perfect score. » The next dancing challenge takes place at the St. Meguro School or at a venue called the "Girl's A Go-Go," either of which is slightly more difficult due to the length of the match. » Stinging together hits will start a Rhythm Count on the top right corner of the touch screen which keeps track of how many consecutive taps you've performed properly. After each dance, your score is tallied up and a letter grade is assigned. » In each venue that Ibiru visits, there's a Photo feature where she'll pose and you'll take up to 20 photos of her as he clown around and postures like an automaton. A rotate feature and a zoom option are also available to take more interesting photos. » Ibiru looks like she's an imp with the little wings protruding from her back but she's just a regular girl. The little bat wings are attached to the petite backpack that she wears. This document is ©NCSX 2007. All rights reserved.
