Nintendo's USA policy As with all NDS units, please note that we are not able to return them to Nintendo of North America because of dead pixels and screen aberrations such as differential brightness. Please note that it is the case that dead pixels are present in the NDS, NDS Lite, PSP, and other products that have LCD screens. With regards to the differential brightness issue, the brightness of the NDS screen may appear lighter than other parts of the screen. Due to Nintendo's policy, please be advised that we will not accept NDS units for return because of dead pixels and screen aberrations such as differential brightness. By purchasing an NDS, you agree to accept this condition of sale. Sorry.
