The measly 32M Memory Stick Duo has been replaced by a 1GB Duo Pro and new additions to the standard Value Pack accessories include a USB cable and a transparent PSP stand. The stand is useful when you're sitting at a table. Instead of holding the PSP up to your face, plant it on the stand, rest your hands on the table and play. Orders are welcome at US$329 for the black or ceramic white version. Update: March 15 2005
A number of USA PSP games have shipped to market this week and we can now confirm that Japanese PSP units are capable of playing all of them. There is no territory lockout on PSP video game software and USA game UMDs are playable on Japanese PSP handheld units. UMD movies are however INCOMPATIBLE and territory-protected.
