Originally released in glossy black and followed by a ceramic white model, the PSP has now been rendered in a candy pink shell. The color is strangely reminiscent of Pepto-Bismol but we'll take it.Please note that this new release of the Pink PSP only contains the PSP handheld and none of the Value Pack items. A power adapter, battery, and user manual are standard inclusions. Update: September 16, 2005
PC Watch Impress ran an article yesterday about the much maligned "SQUARE" button and opened one of the Ceramic PSPs up to determine if any changes had been made to the mold. The conclusion: the support receptacle has changed for a slight improvement but the base mold is still the same as before. Dead Pixel Policy
Please note that we will not accept any returns of the PSP because of dead-pixel problems. Yes, there are numerous reports of units with dead-pixel problems in the market. None of our suppliers or Sony themselves, apparently, will accept dead-pixel PSPs for return and you agree to accept this condition.
