Since sales of the Karaoke games have slowed in Japan, Konami bundles together 3 Karaoke Revolution games and a microphone and sells them in red, blue, and green packs. The Blue Pack includes the following Karaoke Revolution items:

Karaoke Revolution J-Pop Vol. 8
Karaoke Revolution Anime Song
Official Konami USB Microphone (as seen on the game cover)

In all, the amount of songs totals a whopping 150 tunes to croon to.
