ŠNCS: The Yamada family returns to the video gaming fold... with an annoying little skeeter in tow. The Yamadas are headed to Hawaii for vacation but little do they know that the squat blood sucker that caused so much strife in their household last summer has followed them to paradise. Expect explosions and rage as the Yamadas and host friends lay the smackdown on skeeter. Things get seriously out of hand when gunplay enters the fray... In addition to the squat mosquito from the first game, a USA mosquito cousin may also be chosen who sports a punk-rocker look. NCS Game Notes * The lyrics in the intro songs include "Sweet Blood. Let's suck together." The intro shows some video of Hawaii that appears to have been taken from a vehicle. * At the outset of the game, the standard mosquito may be chosen or American mosquito who is a punkrocker type. The intro is made to sound like a war is about to take place with the Yamada patriarch looking at pictures of family, putting on warpaint (ointment) and loading up a gun that's attached to a bottle of insecticide. In the distance, in front of a red sun, a helictoper --- make that a mosquito, is en route with the sound of thunderous blades whirring. Mr Yamada wakes up from the dream sequence on the floor when his crazy wife leaps through the window and begins choking him while daughter kicks the door in. Amidst the madness, a mosquito drifts near their luggage and enters one of the suitcases. * Before entering the game, the Yamada family or the Brown family may be observed. If you select the Brown family, there'll be a question about why Japanese girls dye their hair orange and general observations on Japanese folk from a western perspective. * The first victim is the Yamada family daughter who is lounging on a bed in a miniskirt and a tube top. Once your mosquito alights on any part of her skin, she'll detect your unwelcome presence and go into battle mode. She'll attempt to swat your mosquito with smacks, stomps, and other attacks. Dramatic music plays in the background to give the level more gravity than it rightfully deserves. * Mosquito 2 is very Japanese in terms of the humor and quirky quality. We recommend it wholeheartedly
