The vector-based Vibri returns to the gaming fold in a new rhythm action game which uses photos downloaded through the PS2 USB port as playfields. Its possible to take a picture of your significant other, port the image onto the PS2 HDD via USB and use him/her as a unique playfield in Vib Ripple. There's a bunch of preloaded photos as well for those who are photograph-challenged. The pictures serve as bouncy play boards for Vibri to hop upon in order to liberate cutesy Peta Chara creatures. As creatures are saved, Vibri evolves into new forms. Creatures called Bunchi roam the levels and cause Vibri to devolve if they're able to nick the hero of the game.
