In addition to protecting the screens from smudges, peanut butter, and the occasional rivulet of spittle from your open maw, the silicon-based NDS screen protector also cuts down on any glare from overhead light sources that might otherwise ruin a rollicking good time. Finally, the touch screen filter offers a little bit of additional friction to alleviate stylus slippage. Similar to other screen filters, the two-piece accessory sticks to the NDS screens by way of static cling instead of messy adhesives. To ensure proper application, detailed instructions and a little cloth is included inside the package so the installer may rub out any bubbles that appear during the filter lay-down.
