«©NCSX» After conquering gal games and other simplistic interactive diversions, D3 Publisher tries their hand at the age old game of baseball. 300 professional players are culled from Japanese teams along with 2004 team data. Motion-captured players provide realistic animation and game modes include exhibition, home run derby, and pennant race where an entire season is played. Although budget-minded, the gameplay in The Baseball is of acceptable quality with players throwing, batting, and reacting to the flow of the game in decent fashion.
