After the events found in the original Love Smash 5, another tennis tournament is held and participants from around the world are invited to take part. Twelve buxom gals join in the action and lob, smash, and volley for the top position. Similar to Love Smash 5, the gals may unlock up to 25 new outfits including a shimmering China dress, a student sailor costume, a cat suit, and other diverse articles of clothing. A gallery mode allows voyeurs to view the gals in their outfits once they're all unlocked. The tennis action in Love Smash! 5.1 comes second to the gals and the costumes but it's of reasonable quality where special moves may be used to gain the upper hand during a match.
