The latest Powerful Pro Baseball features a history feature where the greatest players from Japanese baseball are assembled and playable in "What If" exhibition and season scenarios. An Career Mode also allows one to join a professional team as a draftee and then live out a career with the team until retirement. During the course of one's professional life, players may be traded, get married and settle down, and renegotiate contracts depending on a season's performance. Similar to previous Power Pro Baseball games, all sixteen professional Japanese teams are represented and simple exhibition games may be played if the "Career" mode is too weighty.
