The sequel to Sweat & Tears which was originally released on the PS1 features more interactive gaming with the stars of the popular anime. Mix love interest, comraderie, and tennis in a flick-action simulation where options and routes are chosen by highlighting different choices shown on screen. The game takes place over the course of a year at school where the main character becomes a member of the tennis club. At the outset of the game, players may choose to play as a boy or a girl and the game adjusts situations and scenarios accordingly. The voice actors who gave life to the animated characters from the television series also provide the voices for the characters in the game. The first production of the game includes a bonus DVD-Rom which shows approximately 2 hours of live footage from "Tennis Festival 2003" where participants dress up like cast members of the Prince of Tennis game, practice tennis and prepare for the festivities.
