«©NCSX» Idea Factory branches away from the tactical battles found in the Spectral Force and Generation of Chaos games and tries their hand at pure, mindless action. The company's first attempt comes off as...derivative. Let's leave it at that. Select a warrior from three possible heroes and venture forth into a cruel world based on Idea Factory's properties. A bit of story starts the game off and players hack, slash, and cast magic at orc-like creatures and other ill-tempered beasts. The gameplay is fairly rudimentary and attacks consist of simple strokes which vary depending on the weapon being held at the time of attack. Chain combos may also be pulled off to break the monotony of general hacking while magical blasts provide wide area attacks. View the back cover and screenshots.
