NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Based loosely on the Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Gaiden manga and animation by Yu Watase, the story of the PS2 game centers on another young girl who experiences a time shifting incident. While peering into a circular handheld mirror one day, high school student Mariko Kobayashi is somehow transported back to ancient China. There, the modern teenager encounters a number of male characters with feminine features who aid her in an interactive adventure through the world of ShiJinTenChiSho (Heaven and Earth of the Four Gods). The game is conversation based but a battle system is present where a shiny sphere rotates around a ring. Locations on the ring indicate the cue points on which to tap to trigger a sword strike by one of Mariko's male companions.
