Omiya's popular card-battle board game gets a PS2 powered update with the addition of 30 new cards for a more balanced game, increasing the overall card count to 480. Overly mighty cards have also been toned down to blunt their destructive potential, all in the name of level playing conditions. A handy compilation of game boards are included for play, including those from the Saturn original and levels designed by players of previous Culcept games. Two other new additions to the PS2 update include a MEDAL system where players may collect ornate and detailed medals to include in a virtual collection and online functionality where new cards and maps may be downloaded from the net to memory card.
