«©NCSX» Design and create the code for a battle robot called an Overkill Engine (OKE) that is capable of defending itself, attacking enemies and avoiding dangerous obstructions. Players will use high customizable instructions called "chips" to direct an OKE to move, shoot, avoid a mine within a certain distance and other functions on the battlefield. At the outset of the game, 40 chips are available to the player but even more are added to your repertoire as you progress further in the game.Built-in programs in the Carnage Heart software may be used as your default code for running a robot if you find the programming process too tiresome but we found that our customized battle plans and instructions were far more adept at handling battle situations than the preloaded code. Once a firefight begins, the player simply watches the OKE go through the paces against an enemy. If the OKE suffers the humiliation of defeat, you'll have a chance to tweak it's operating parameters for better performance in subsequent battles. Original Release Date in Japan: April 24, 2003
