Every five centuries, a tournament is held amongst shamans to determine rank and pecking order. As with all grand contests, dramatics and raw aggression are laid out in fierce fighting action. Take control of Yoh Asakura and his spirit champion Amidamaru or any other contestant and use spirit powers along with physical skill to best all opponents in your bid to become Shaman King. Funbari Spirits is played in 2-D fighting style but with animated cut scenes and button mashing sequences at critical moments. Along with the combat action, mini-games are also playable. A training mode allows for practice runs before the actual tournament and the entire voice cast from the animation contributes their vocal stylings. View the back cover.
