This sequel to Star Wars Battlefront improves upon its predecessor with a variety of gameplay enhancements, such as upgraded AI, more than 16 new battlegrounds, and greater story emphasis. In addition to the rebel, clone, and droid warriors from the original game, you can play as a Jedi, complete with lightsaber attacks and force powers. Take part in land and space battles from the Star Wars movie series, and pilot a variety of new aircraft, including X-Wings, TIE fighters, and Jedi Starfighters. Star Wars Battlefront also includes online multiplayer modes for battling other gamers.NCS Game Notes
* The title screen features cinema capss from all of the Star Wars movies from the original to the latest. * A training mission upon starting the game "Attack of the Clones" where players learn the basics of combat and engagement. Member of the 501st as a Clone Trooper. Follow the yellow arrow to Checkpoint Alpha. Once at the arrow, mission onjectives are updated with reports of droid scouts that require elimination. Mission objectives are updated continually as the battle rages on. * The sound effects of the blasters are sampled spot-on from the movie. To refresh ammo, stand next to an upright rectangular droid. * When killed, the clone trooper yells out and crumples to the ground like a broken mannequin.
