World Series of Poker has the feel of the actual tournament, recreating the complete ESPN presentation style to add drama and suspense. All the sanctioned poker various of the World Series of Poker are available, including Texas Hold 'Em, 7 Card Stud, Omaha, and 5 Card Draw. * The PS2 and PSP versions of WSOP are identical from the video captures, voiceovers, and the computer controlled players featured in the game. * Unlike other poker simulations, World Series of Poker plays like a televised tournament with interludes and "thinking" moments by opponents. Players may press "X" to speed things up. * It's fairly simple to bluff in the game. Go "All In" and many times, the other players will simply fold. * It's possible to save your progress and resume a hot winning streak as a player makes a career out of playing poker. Once the first WSOP is won, the player will have roughly $13 million dollars in the bank and enough bankroll to enter invitational events. * If you're bored of poker with virtual players, there's also a Video Poker mini-game where the minimum winning hand is 3-of-a-kind and the maximum bet is $100.
