There was a time in the spring of 2002 when it looked like Treasure wouldn't port the game to the DC but after a rocky road (and a lot of convincing and a big preorder guarantee), the company made a commitment to port Ikaruga from Naomi to Dreamcast. The rest is history. To date, Ikaruga remains NCS' best selling game ever and we needed three days to process and ship everyone's preorder.
