Best described as an interactive love novel, Suika takes place over four chapters which detail different situations and the women in those scenarios. The first chapter reunites two lost lovers when the male returns to his village and meets up with his old flame. The second scenario features a student and an erstwhile tutor... and so on and so forth. The Dreamcast version follows the DVD edition of the PC game which features full voice action.
The limited edition of Suika includes a bonus drawstring pouch and an original music CD.
