«©NCSX» Instead of giving Christie and Helena some love and representation in the Kaiyodo-Takara DOA figures, the manufacturer went with two versions of Ayane and two Kasumis. Lei-Fang and Hitomi also made the cut this time. Measuring 8cm or approximately 3" tall, the fighting gals are fully posable with articulated arms and legs which allow them to be arranged into kinetic action poses. The build quality of each figure is impressive given the relatively low price point of the toys. Pricing is set at US$6.50 per randomly packaged figure. | I won't lie, I'm cheap, I try to save money wherever I can, even on my hobbies. SO finding these little toys was nice for me. The DOA K-T Figure Collection DX is relatively easy on the pocket and on the eyes. Each figure comes with an additional head, set of hands, and other extras depending on the character, and a stand. Though small, they have many joints for posing, and are nicely detailed, and captures the girls of DOA rather well. Only problem I have is that with the ones I got, some parts were hard to change, and at some points seemed I'd break it if I tried to pull the parts off any harder. Nonetheless, it is a fine figure, and at $6.50 per unit, makes them affordable for more casual or cheaper fans. |
