«©NCSX» Mario and Luigi have already been featured in Tomy's Dots toys but they were plain with just Mario or Luigi lounging against black space. To bump up the plumbers' level of game, Tomy releases another pair of Mario Dots toys which use the higher "resolution" 4-part pegboards and 650 pegs per set. The two new kits as follows:Dots Super Mario - Mario Set C
Instead of Mario standing against a black backdrop as was the case in his original Dots incarnation, the new Mario kit allows him to stomp on a Goomba, prepare to dash, stand on a platform, and perform other actions. The colored pegs included in Mario v2.0 are: Skin-1 x 050 | Olive x 070 | Red-1 x 060 | Skin-2 x 090
Brown x 200 | Black-2 x 140 | White x 040 Dots Super Mario - Luigi Set D
Instead of Luigi standing against a black backdrop as was the case in his original Dots incarnation, the new Luigi kit allows the green/white color schemed plumber to meet a Goomba head-on, stand atop a block, climb a vine, and perform other actions.
