Update: December 07, 2005 ©NCSX▪ Power hungry warriors are on the hunt for territory and influence. The quickest way to fame is the appropriation of assets from competing land-controlling warriors. Rivals won't give away their kingdoms willingly however and the key to deed/title transfer is war. Outright war where entire armies are slain and their generals and leaders destroyed. To fulfill your land robbing aspirations, rush out into the battlefield with support troops and assistant lords who enhance a leader's fighting prowess and effectiveness. Old hands to PS2 Sengoku Musou action will find the PSP version very familiar where a warrior is surrounded by enemies at any one time and must swing, slash, and hack up the opposition to proceed to the next skirmish. An overhead map keeps track of the player's progress through a mission and the levels are sensibly split up into sections so that they're not just one lengthy mission after another. Power-ups in the game include scrolls which restore health and other scrolls which are used to damage enemy armies. Up to four players may link up via Wi-Fi connection and participate in the head-to-head fighting mode. View the back cover and screenshots on the main NCSX site.
