Update: April 25, 2006 «©NCSX» Publisher Zenrin maps the entirety of Japan and places addresses, train stations, roads, businesses, and many other venues across the country on a single UMD. While NCS would liken the software as a sort of static "Citysearch," it goes beyond by including detailed local maps of towns and cities which allow for annotation. Users move around the map with a cursor that is controlled by the d-pad and the map may be rotated by pressing either trigger button. Let's say you've just had the best slice of pizza topped with potatoes, corn, squid, and mayonnaise at a local parlor in Shinjuku. Share the love with fellow chowhounds by annotating the location on a map and sending the information to ad hoc enabled PSP owners. An extra feature for Minna no Chizu is a nationwide restaurant guide which is first downloaded to your computer and then transferred to a folder on your memory stick duo. Please note that the downloaded data packs are password protected and are a premium feature that require an additional charge. The guide may prove handy when you're out on a date but your favorite restaurant just burned down. To save face as well as the evening's chances for romance, tap the map and search for alternate restaurants in the area. After a delicious meal, use the software once again to check for any night time attractions that might be nearby for some after-dinner fun. After marking a number of locations on the map, your favorite spots (My Spots) may brought up as a personal guide to your hang outs and watering holes. This game is also known as Minna no Chizu.
