Precautions
» Please note that the XRGB-3 cannot accept a European-standard SCART RGB cable. The XRGB-3 is designed for use only with Japanese RGB cables with the Japanese-standard pin assignment. Although European and Japanese RGB share the same SCART assembly and housing, the pin assignments are INCOMPATIBLE.

» Refrain from plugging "live" cables into the XRGB-3. By "live" we mean cables that are connected to monitors and televisions that are powered up. Turn off monitors and televisions before plugging and unplugging cables into the XRGB-3. Doing so will avoid damage to the unit.

» We recommend plugging the AC adapter of the XRGB-3 into a surge suppressor to avoid potential damage to the circuitry of the unit.

Troubleshooting
» I think my XRGB-3 stopped working but the power light comes on.
Your XRGB-3 may be in protect mode where it outputs no video or in-system menu to the monitor. To reset the unit, please follow these instructions:

1. Disconnect all device cables from the XRGB-3, but leave the power adapter plugged in.
2. Make sure the unit is in "standby" mode.
3. Hold down the "Menu" and "Ok" buttons, then press and hold the "Power" button.
4. As you hold down the three buttons, the activity lights should flicker.
5. After the lights stop and the the "Standby" light goes on, you are good to go.
