Please contact NCS for a return authorization number before sending any product(s) back. NCS cannot accept any returns without this number. You may return a software item in its original and unopened condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving the product. Hardware items that have been used may not be returned for a refund. NCS will use our discretion to accept and exchange any hardware whose packaging has been opened. We are not a rental outfit for trial use of new hardware and accessories - please do your research before purchasing.
Hardware defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item so that we can help you exchange the item in question. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1 day to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account within 24 hours. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, trade, or rent customer information to others. There is enough spam and cold calling in the world and we refuse to contribute to it. NCS maintains strict security policies for protecting the privacy of our customers. We may use aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information for our own corporate purposes, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders for in-stock items that are placed online or by phone are shipped same-day if we receive your order before 05:00PM EST on weekdays. NCS ships out of New York City
if you're curious or gauging transit times to you. To verify if an
item is in stock, please check the "STATUS" field located to the
right of each product's photo.
NCS ships to most countries around the world. The bulk of our foreign customers hail from Europe but we ship to all of Asia, New Zealand, and Australia. Anywhere United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal Service can reach, we'll reach.
